Refund & Return Policy
Right of Withdrawal
Customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the customer or a third party designated by the customer receives the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, customers must contact us by email and clearly state their decision to withdraw from the purchase.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
- Items must be returned in the original packaging whenever possible.
- Proof of purchase may be required.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify the customer regarding the approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable number of business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers should contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos if possible.
We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Digital products or downloadable content
- Gift cards
- Items showing clear signs of use
